Second Week on the Market

– Local Realtors® are invited to tour home

– Postcards are mailed to the residential neighborhood

Third Week on the Market

– Hold Open House


– Weekly status reports to clients

– Set-up and show property to prospective buyers, as well as request feedback from Buyer’s Agent after showings

– Review price based on agent input & market conditions


– Obtain an acceptable contract on your property
